Terms, privacy and refunds

Terms of service

BigLeaps CRM is a sales discipline tool built on the Baseline Selling methodology. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Accounts. One person per login. The first person to join from a company email domain becomes the owner of that company’s workspace and may invite colleagues on the same domain.
Beta. Workspaces created before 31 October 2026 are free until that date. After it, a workspace continues on a paid subscription or becomes read-only.
Subscription. Priced per seat per month, billed annually in advance in Indian rupees plus GST. Seats are named and can be reassigned by the workspace owner.
Your data. Deals, contacts and notes belong to the person who entered them. They are visible to a manager or coach only when that person chooses to share a specific deal. We do not sell or share data with third parties.
Acceptable use. No scraping, reselling, or use that breaks Indian law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Availability. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Export your data at any time by asking us.
Liability. The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction.

We store your name, email, and the sales data you enter, on servers in Mumbai (Supabase) with the application hosted on Vercel.
Transactional emails (access codes, invoices) are sent through Resend. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store card or bank details.
We use no advertising trackers. Basic usage analytics are aggregated and anonymous.
You may ask us to export or delete your account and data at any time by emailing nelson.fernandes@bigleaps.co.in.

Annual subscriptions may be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of the first payment if the workspace has not been used in that period.
After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current term. The workspace stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew automatically.
Refunds, when due, are made to the original payment method within 7 working days.
